It is an opportunity to decompress from your everyday life routine and give yourself some mind space. Through the yoga sessions and activities at the retreat you will be in the right space to reconnect with your body and your core being.
Our Relax & Revive Yoga Retreat (August 26 – September 1, 2017) is ideal for you if you need to disconnect from the ‘busy-ness’ syndrome and learn to let go and relax. Throughout the week you will be empowered to shift your perceptions and beliefs, enabling transformation and encouraging you to reconnect with your true self.
Anna McColl will be leading this retreat. A lover of movement, salty sea hair and a wandering soul, Anna is a passionate yogi with a gentle touch. She teaches a slow but strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice. Using breath-led creative movement she will encourage you to tap into the strength, flexibility, balance and ease in your own body. Anna encourages a safe, nurturing group dynamic accessible to all levels of practitioner.
You will leave this retreat feeling relaxed and revived with more clarity on your personal goals, a desire to get out there and make an impact.
